Products

All PRISM products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Battery degradation is not covered after 500 charge cycles.

Returns

30-day return window from delivery. Products must be in original condition. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Software

Firmware updates are provided free for the lifetime of the product. Companion app is provided as-is. We may discontinue the app with 12 months notice.

Intellectual property

All designs, branding, and technology are property of PRISM. Reselling modified products under our brand is prohibited.
