Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, and shipping address when you place an order. We also collect device identifiers for warranty tracking.

How we use it

To process orders, provide support, send product updates (if you opt in), and improve our products. We do not sell your data. Period.

Data retention

Order data is kept for 7 years (legal requirement). Support tickets are deleted after 24 months. Analytics data is anonymized after 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of communications at any time. Email hello@prism.tech and we respond within 72 hours.
