Function over decoration
A status LED that tells you “battery low” — useful. A pulsing rainbow on your desk — decoration pretending to be a feature.
Our dot-matrix display on the PRISM ( BAR ) shows three things: volume, source, codec. Nothing else. When nothing is playing, it’s off.
The monochrome philosophy
Color should encode information, not emotion. Green means charged. Red means error. White means active. That’s it.
When everything glows, nothing means anything.
